Why We Started Experts Agency

If you're like most business owners then you probably know the struggles of hiring an Agency. It looks something like this: They promise you the world, you pay them for the next 3 months as it "Takes that long" to get profitable, they don't get you profitable, you fire them and on to the next. We became a victim to that far too many times. At first we thought it was just us, but after talking to hundreds of other marketers we soon realized this was a common occurrence. 


Businesses are in need of a good marketing team and unfortunately these agencies don't understand the full picture. Not just the next "tactic" (which is also important but not everything), but understanding the full scope of your metrics across the whole funnel. It's not all about getting cheap leads. The Expert Agency Process

Discovery

By kicking off the discovery process we will schedule a 60-minute phone call with you and/or your team. During that call we will cover your current psychographic, creatives, ad account analysis and overall KPIs. The point of this call is to find out exactly where you are at, what your goals are and where we can find room for quick improvements. Typically, we find there are some opportunities that we can get a quick lift in ROAS from metric points we have optimized over the past few years.

Team Strategy Session

After your discovery session our team will schedule an internal strategy session. During this call we:
  • Reverse engineer how to reach your target KPI’s based off of your current KPI’s
  • Deep dive your stats on current creatives and identify where we can find lifts in performance
  • Create a phased launch plan for testing between the current controlled data and new manipulated creatives and optimizations points
  • ​Identify where we can place custom conversions to get better data and optimization deeper into the funnel
  • ​Identify competitors and reverse engineer their data for improvements based off of a timeline from our spy tools which will show what edits they have made that have increased conversions
  • ​Set up live, custom reporting for the metrics you and your team will want eyes into plus deep data insights we will use to optimize.

Launch

 Establish baseline metrics and set a control point:
  • Execute phased launch (mapped out in previous phase)
  • “Season” new custom conversions to establish new control data
  • Test different optimization points to find which is yielding the best returns from a spend/cost:conversion ratio (this is extremely important and often overlooked)

Optimize

  • Identify best creatives to focus on and analyze the stats to find new creative opportunities
  • Based on the spend:conversion ratio, start passing to the next conversion objective phase (if they pass our new kill line metrics for that optimization point)
  • Establish new control metics + optimize daily spend on ad sets to find perfect spend:conversion ratio
  • ​Set account rules to kill/scale ads through the day
  • ​ Launch retargeting campaigns for each phase of the “funnel”. We use segmented custom conversions to set up retargeting campaigns/creatives based off of exactly what has been seen or not (ie. time on webinar, opened specific emails, attended webinar but left before price drop, etc)
  • ​Start Cross-platform retargeting

Scale

  • Move winning creatives/audiences to our scale campaign
  • Set new scaling rules for proven creatives/audiences
  • Use cross-platform retargeting data for launching cold traffic to proven placements and keywords
  • ​Set a new budget based on new spend:conversion data for new optimization events
